Samsung HT-TX25 USB Host Play help

Hi
I wonder if anyone can help, I just purchased the samsung HT-TX25 home theater system, I am trying to play a DivX movie from a USB Flash Drive, when I insert the USB I get the following message
"Unsupported sector size"
The USB flash drive is formated as FAT32

Can anyone help
