Which HDD for system disc?

I'm planning to get 120GB Barracuda V's for media storage on my HTPC and to keep the OS, apps etc separately on a 20GB system drive, but don't know which to go for.

Any recommendations from anyone with a similar setup?

I wouldn't bother, you would be simply adding noise, heat etc. Simply partition off 10GB (or whatever) for the OS and Apps. I always go for 3 partitions, one for OS and apps, one for Ghost images and one for data/media.
