xbox connection via zoom router

Hi

I purchased a new PC with Vista pre instaled. This conected fine to my xbox, via a voyager router. I then purchased a Zoom Router and have not been able to conect the pc and 360.

The pc finds the 360 but not the other way around.

Have spent hours on the phone to zoom, microsoft and even Norton, to see if it was to do with my Firewall......all blame each other....but no help...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE someone help me:confused:

My money (what little this hobby leaves me) is firmly on the Norton. Take my advice, junk it. Get AVG.

thanks, but was working with Norton prior with other router, also I have turned norton off and still no joy?
