View Full Version : Ok You`ve mounted your Plasma above your Fireplace...

...but what have you now got in the corner where your TV was? :)

I spotted a brilliant looking recliner in a well know furniture store at the weekend and it was well comfy :) It would also fit perfectly in to the corner where my old TV is atm (I still haven`t bought my Plasma but it`s imminent).

£1200.00 down to £800.00 in their sale

Already have one of those corner units in the other corner and any other kind of furniture wouldn`t really look right.

What have you guys done with the that spare corner now your TV ain`t there?

how about just leaving it empty and enjoying the extra space which makes the room seem so much bigger? I'll be putting my plasma where my crt is so won't actually be saving any space but if I did put it on the wall, I wouldn't feel the need to put some more furniture in the room as I already have all the things I want in the living room.

The plasma freed up the space in the bay window so that we had somewhere to put the playpen. That was my excuse, anyway... :-)

Put a nice little av rack there. Looks nice and it has doors so hides amp dvd player xbox scart switch etc.....

Looks much better than having a huge 32" tv sat there with all your av equipment underneath it.

How about a nice couple of cabinets to put all your DVD's & Videos in.
