Do be so careful and check what connectivity you require because with nearly every all-in-one it is next to useless.
Denon, very nice, one optical input, and it is a stereo, do not expect the great sound of surround with two speakers and a sub.
Sony, well at least it has two digital connections, one optical and one co-ax and five speakers + sub and has had good reviews and seems to be the cheapest.
Bose as usual madness prices for a stereo system £1399 and £999 in one guise and £699 in the other which ever way you look at it, it is overpriced kit just let the review do the talking

Always remember all-in-one systems cannot be upgraded, they have next to no connectivity, and if something goes wrong or you do decide to upgrade then its throw it all away time.
So list what you want to connect now and in the future
Via optical
HDDVD, Blu-RAY, PS3, PS2, XBOX, PC, SKY+, SKYHD and that is the start of the list.
Via Co-ax
PC, not all DVD players (HD)
