Toshiba EP30 Update disc anyone please??
Hello, can anyone spare a copy of the update disc required for this machine please. I would pay via paypal for any costs invloved and would make my xmas 
I have tried to update over the web but failed

I was thinking about buying this player soon (mainly because of the extra free discs). What is the problem? Is this a firmware upgrade or something?

I have a 1.3 update disc if anybody wants it, it's a CDR of the software downloaded from Toshiba's website.
Just put it in your player switch the player off and then on again and the update will process.
Drop me a message and I will send it on, you can then send on to others as you see fit.

It'll play the discs in the box (300 & Bourne) fine.
When you get a disc it won't play, then it may be time to upgrade the firmware. Many people are still using their EP30 happily with the original firmware.
When the multiregion firmware appears, then it will be a different story.

Well the XE1 has an RegionFree Firmware, lets hope we can get one for the Ep-30 as well...
