HD EP-30 Fibre Extension

Has anyone any experience of using HDMI fibre optic extension systems ?

Hi Shilbottler,

Are you looking to extend the signal over very long lengths? Up to 50m 1080p60 can be handled relatively cheaply using copper cable and equalisation. Over 50m your only choice is to go Fibre and 100m is available here in preterminated cables that work exactly as a normal cable. Over 100m then you need to ook at field termination options that can go out over 300m but obviously have significant equipment and labour cost.
