Getting TV set to 'Turn-on' channel for sky?

Hi Guys
After many hours searching on the net with no success Im seeing if anyone can shed light on my problem.

2 Toshiba CRT TVs, 2 normal sky boxes, connected via scart, no analogue signal in either TV.

TV1 Downstairs switches onto AV2 (XBMC connected), used to AV1(sky) but Ive done something and I dont know what.

TV2 upstairs, sky connected via AV1 but TV starts on fuzzy analogue channel.

The closest Ive come to information about how to get the 'turn-on' channel is this quote from Satcure:

You can then enter the correct code for your TV set and then set the turn-on channel to the one you want.

but it doesnt say how to set the turn-on channel, can anyone help, it must be simple?

Make sure you are using fully wired Scart cables. Then using the Digibox, Press Services-System Setup-Picture Settings and make sure Scart Control is ON, and then Save New Settings.

I think this is what you are after, it's the detail of setting the turn on channel

once your sky remote has been programmed to the tv, you then need to tell the remote which of it's buttons to use to switch the channel

Press tv on your Sky remote control.
Hold down select and the green button together for about two seconds, until the red light on the Sky remote control blinks twice.
Key in the number of the channel on your TV that you use for watching satellite TV (or press the button that triggers the switch to av 1, 2, etc).
Press select on your Sky remote control. The red light blinks twice. The remote control setup process is complete.
