R1 Last Action Hero DVD?
Just wondered, is there going to be another release of Last Action Hero at all?
The only R1 edition seems to be from 1997 and is 1:33.1 full frame and picture quality is bound to suck.
Such an underrated film, too smart for its time and target audience in my opinion.

Re: R1 Last Action Hero DVD?
There is a Japanese R2, which is as far as i remember, 2.35:1 and 5.1 sound.
Correction, its 16:9 Letterbox, with DTS 5.1

Re: R1 Last Action Hero DVD?
Just checked my region 1 version from 1997.
Its actually 2.35 widescreen on side A and 4.3 full screen on side B.
As far as i know it has only been released in the states once.

Re: R1 Last Action Hero DVD?
I seem to recall reading somewhere that some of these early US dual-sided titles are being quietly re-released with only the 4x3 version present.
However, if you are to believe the website(s)

claim 2.35:1
