Picture disapears on Samsung HT-TX35R

Can anyone help!

I've recently purchased the samsung HT-TX35R system to go with my 32" Samsung HDTV, but I'm having endless problems.
Firstly the audio and image are out of sync, but I think this a problem that has been discussed in other threads and there isnt a solution yet...

But recently I have had the image drop out while watching DVD but the audio carries on. I have a HDMI cable running to the TV and the only way I can get the picture back is to pull the cable out and put it back in.

Is this a cable problem or a problem with the 35R??

I'm very close to sending it back and getting another system..

I had a ht tx35r and experienced exactly the same issue, sometimes only lasted seconds other times would run for minutes and actually need switching off. I returned the unit. (samsung helpline said it must be a mechanical fault as they had never come across it before).

I also had an issue where the 'load up' screen would judder and the samsung graphic would remain as a shadow in background during playback.

I have received a replacement this week, so far the screen judder has returned and the Anynet+ function won't work (allowing one remote to control multiple samsung devices). Also having an issue with changing the sound settings i.e cinema to concert to dolby etc.

This unit will be getting returned for a refund this time, which is a pity as when it works properly the picture and sound are stunning.
