Changing Sky boxes

Hi
Is it possible to change my unreliable DRX 100 box, for a second hand DRX 550, i.e. putting Sky card in new box and have everything work? I'm assuming here that Sky cards are not "paired" to a specific set top box? Thanks in advance for help. Graham

Depends, if your 'sky card' is a subscription card then you'll need it pairing. Its not so much a requirement for the entertainment mixes as they'll show regardless, but movies and sports won't (premium channels) without pairing. Its worth pairing anyway, as you'll then receive any sky promo's they are doing on sports/movies should you not subscribe to them.

Just call sky to 'pair'
