Can anyone give some advice on how to configure my tiscali set top box to receive local - in my case north-west - news feeds?

From what a can remember, you can only do this with the freeview channels coming through the DTT input. Go to the main Menu and select TV settings, Then, once you've scanned for the DTT channels, go to the Regional setup in the same menu.
