Casino Royale 40th Anniversary Edition

The 1967 spoof version of Casino Royale is being advertised on Amazon, but no details as to content. A friend who alerted me to this says he saw it advertised somewhere as a 2 disc set although the Amazon listing says 1 disc.

Anyone any knowledge of this?

The current R2 is fairly bare extras-wise (just trailers I think). The current R1 has a few decent extras, including the Casino Royale made-for-TV movie starring US actor Barry Nelson as Bond.

There was 40th anniversary edition due out in November in the US, but it got pulled at the last minute & is currently rumoured to be due next summer.

I have the current R1 and it will certainly be worth holding on to if the 1954 TV version of CR is not included on the new release.
