SONY RDRHXD860 What Brand Of Media Are You Using

I have owned a SONY RDRHXD860 for about a year. On the whole I am pleased with it although it is not perfect.

One problem is buying DVD media that suit it.

I prefer to use Dual Layer because I record a huge amount and it reduces the number of discs that are rapidly filling up my house. I dont want to pay much more than a pound a disc.

Until now I have been using principally Intenso Dual Layer +R 8.5 GB discs. The reason for this is that these are the only discs that can be relied upon to accept multiple recordings reliably without errors.

I have tried other discs but I have always experienced unreliability and common errors.

Intenso seems to be discontinuing these discs (10 packs no longer available, 5 packs still available but I dont know for how long) so I have a major problem.

What Dual Layer 8.5GB discs are you guys using and how reliable have you found them for multiple recordings.
