I am just about to go and pick up my new car and was wondering
if anybody knew about speaker placement in the 206.
It has a clarion CD headunit which is no doubt crap - I didn't
particularly test it when at the showroom. I have removed my
Kenwood CD headunit from my old car ready to install it into
my Peugeot. The Kenwood is amp ready with 1 lineout I think.
Ideally I'd like to put components in the front with a sub very
well installed in the boot so it doesn't get in the way whatsover.
The amp also needs to be out of the way.
Anyone got any ideas on what size components I should fit and
how much work is needed with regard to space in the door etc
to fit them, also an idea of where to put the amp would be
helpful.
Cheers for any feedback.

Can't help with speakers but if your after a sub box that doesn't take up boot space look here (http://www.auto-acoustics.co.uk/sbn-p206.htm)

Thinking about getting one for my Saxo

Excellent, thanks for that Paul. That looks like just what I need.

The amp Boxz looks the biz as well.
Back in the day I had a 12" Sub that took up the entire boot of my
corsa with a vey large (and crap) Jensen amp bolted on the
back of the seat, looked like a proper custom install :rotfl:
Oh and some Infinity Reference 6*9s - still got these, no idea
what to do with them though as they are bit old now, I also
have the amp still and I might just leave that in the car when
I drop it off tomorrow unless someone on here wants it.
