DAB vs Sky digital radio??

Is there much difference in the quality between DAB and SKY digital and how do they compare to a good FM reception??

From what I've read, DAB is poor in comparison with Sky Digital. We use Sky Digital radio all the time and it sounds good to my old ears!

I would agree with the above. Listen to Sky Radio all day, pretty much every day, and it's faultless.

DAB has the potential to be of higher quality but in reality has been rubbished by the BBC in their bid to increase the amount of channels available that sound worse and nobody listens to.

Christ, cater for any more minority interests and we'll all have our own personal stations!

DAB was actually very good when it first came out, but those in power lowered the bandwidth used so that more channels could be fitted in.

Now DAB sounds quite poor, right at the time where there is a growing choice in receivers and in-car equipment

Radio off Freeview also sounds better than DAB.

I'm going to guess that DAB doesn't last too long.

dab sound quality is the same as 80kps mp3(crap) it used to be more (cd quality) not anymore the sound was a big selling point what a mistake to add more channels stick to fm its better.
