Wall Mount for Panasonic TH42PX70PED

I am looking for a 'tiltable' wall mount for my TH42PX70PED. Ideally I'd like an inexpensive wall mount suitable for a 42" Plasma. Can anyone recommend a mount that 'is reliable - but won't break the bank' Also, does anyone know how easy / difficult it is to connect cables to the back of the set once its mounted, my thoughts are that a tilt bracket may enable easier access to the back of the set - would appreciate confirmation if this is the case.

Any advise will be much appreciated
