copying mp3: rio mp3 player
got a rio600 for christmas.
the rio software is crap!!!

is there any other software that i can use to download music from pc to player e.g. does mediaplayer's 8 "copy to other devices" work with the rio600?

Look on WMP website @ microsoft.com and see if there's a driver for it. There are other third party players available too.
