Why is my BB slowing down so much during the day?

It was fine before this week, but ever since, every day around 10am-1pm, it has been absolutely slow beyond belief, it's almost like a 56kbps connection! I thought it was a fault with my modem or router, but later in the day it's back to normal speed! WHAT'S GOING ON?

Mine is awful slow these days too!

Downloads are quick enough but browsing the internet is painfully slow with many pages just timing out before I get a chance to see them

It seems to have resumed normal speed at that time of day now. Oh, well.
