Am I right in saying after 12 months you're not obliged to keep the phone line connected?

Thats right, terms of sky state 12 months fixed phone line. In reality though, unless you have multiroom, you don't need it connected anyway, they don't check

What I want to know is if you have multiroom do you only need the multiroom box connected, and can disconnect the main box?

No, both boxes have to be connected.

Oh ok, you should have stated that, as jrisch said, you need all digiboxes connected to the phone line, and they will check.

....and start charging for a seperate sub as opposed to the £10 multiroom sub . 2 possibly 3 requests to plug them in . Then check your bank statements
