No signal on TV, but there on PC

we are having trouble with ITV3 which seems to pick what TV to work on.
my pc tuner picks it up(but not ITV2) but TV and settop box dosnt
my mums cant but here neighbor can
weird
any ideas

What type of aerial is being used in which area?
Is the aerial split in any way and if so how?

aerial comes directly into my bt vision box then out to an amp and off to rest of house
one other tv with a built in DAB also wont pick it up
mum has old crt with built in DAb , neighbor has new plasma with DAb and thats fine, both are Panas

It would seem that your aerial installation may not be up to the job whereas your neighbour's is

BTW - DAB is Digital Audio Broadcasting
DTV or DTTV is Digital Terrestrial TV
