Harmony 885 and INFO button

Hi,

I've had my 885 for about a year and have been using it with a standard SKY digibox and a UK Tivo. Anyway, I finaly moved to SKY HD,and while everthing pretty much works fine, I cannot for the life of me get the INFO button to work and it's driving me crazy !.

If anyone has any advice or even better a solution then that would be great.

Oh yes, and I have tried getting the 885 to learn the command directly form the original SKY remote which seems to take, but of course nothing seems to happen when I try to use it.

Have you actually assigned the learned command to the Info button for the Activity (not just the device)?

Yes, I think I have. I've been playing around with it and managed to assign it to a user defined key but really I want to actually use the info key on the remote itself.
I've tried remapping it to the info key but for some reason while it takes, when I try to use it, no signal is transmitted.

You can't assign the same command to 2 different buttons, so try deleting the LCD (additional commands) version of it, then re-assigning the hard Info button.

Try adding a new Device and Function making sure your HD box is listed as a "Sky HD (DSI-8215)", the Info button did not need programming when I updated my 885 for HD...
