Question Television Lighting - Neon?

I have seen some pictures of rooms with a blue glow behind the TV (no, not the ambilight TVs) and I just can't find what it is people use to get the effect.

I am guessing it is neon but I don't know for sure or where to buy one.

Can anyone help ?

Re: Television Lighting - Neon?

try ebay, neonstyling, you can get two neon led tubes that stick behind your telly or anywhere else and plug in with a switch, i had no problems buying mine but i broke them as they are very delicate,
