How are the Sony MDRNC6 Noise Cancelling Headphones Silver?

From what I can tell (from design and specs) they are just the "Sony MDR-V300 Headphones with Neodymium Magnet" ones but with noise-cancelling, of which I've bought many over the years (most others at the same price I just can't stand, there's just something about them that makes the sounds sound...good). This is the Amazon page...

Any help/advice would be good, but I can't see myself spending over £35 for the head phones (basically I'm lloking at same/or better sound quaility as the Sony's I usually use, but with noise-cancelling).
