i just dont get it !

i have a samsung 50" plasma and a blue ray DVD player (PS3) ... i now want to add a surround sound system but all the ones i see come with a DVD player, is there a way round it without having to buy one with a DVD player i dont need ? ... ive not got a clue about this .. help, please please pretty please

Best to look for advice in the 'all in one' section of the forums which strangely enough seems to have a lot of advice regarding what you are looking for i.e. systems that aren't technically all in one as they have no dvd player

you will just have to buy seperates.

amp, speakers etc etc.

have a look through the forum you will find loads of advice!

ok cheers folks ... its the amp part that im confused about, is it an audio/stereo type amp that is used to connect everything together ? .. if so what connections do i need to make sure it has ? .. thanks in advance
