Denon 3800 DVD Player not playing all CDS AND DVDS

Hi All

My Denon 3800 dvd player is not playing alot of cds or dvds and was wondering if maybe there was a software update at all that i missed and if so can anyone point me in the right direction

You'll have to get it checked out, I have a similar problem and the part that's being replaced is the Traverse Mechanism @ £70+vat. If you ring Denon UK they will tell you the nearest authorised dealer to where you live. If you're capable of doing it yourself then you can order the part.

I would check the firmware page, if your model is on the list of available firmwares.
There is a changelog file which will describe all the changes being made to different versions of firmware.
