Dust filters

How does everyone stop dust getting in their case ?.Having just bought a new system i want to try and stop as much clogging as possible.I have three intake vents 2x 80mm,1x120mm.I presume some people fit fans to these vents but i was wondering if you can buy filters to fit on instead.Cheers.

Re: Dust filters

My Antec Sonata II comes with a dust filter that seems to stop the majority and after 12 months the only area to collect dust that has got through is the bottom of the case and the edges of the fan blades. I clear the filters once a month.

But I think the best way to reduce dust is to keep the case of the ground and don't smoke

Re: Dust filters

I removed the standard filters on my Akasa Eclipse case as IMO they weren't any good.

Now using Bounce sheets for better filters
