~£100 DVD player for LCD

Any recommendations for a Samsung 32" 1366x768 LCD with HDMI input? Divx and Xvid a must. Upscaling/de-interlacing.

Checked out Oppo 971, but noticed it lacks 2:2 for PAL, what exactly does this mean? Collection has PAL & NTSC movies.
Must be multi-region.

Can be had for around the £60 mark. Get's excellent reviews on this site. DivX playback is VERY good also.

What chipset is it? Have they removed the going into standby during pause bug?
