What would be fantastic is if they can persuade any of the originals to make guest appearances. Doubt the Beeb can afford SMG or David Boreanaz though.

hope it written by americans like previous parent shows, and not anyone to do with dr who, if it is to be a uk production, hope they succeed.

I too hope it's written by other Buffyverse alumni writers including and especially Joss Whedon. If we have to have a British writer involved let's hope it's Stephen Moffet (spelling?) the guy who wrote all the best Dr Who episodes and clearly the only talented writer on staff.

Incidentally they were talking about this years ago and while I wasn't in favour of it then I'm certainly looking forward to it now.

I also hope we see some Buffyverse guest appearances may be James Marsters (Spike) might be a possibility since he is due to appear in Torchwood. As much as I love all the characters I hope Willow doesn't return, she's just too powerful.
