Just wondering if there will be any ISF trips over here soon - I know there was talk about a few, but I believe they never actually happened?
I might be interested if anyone was coming over soon :)

In case anyone is interested , it seems Gordon will be over around the 11th and 12th August - I'm 99% certain I'll be having him visit me, anyone else fancy having ISF done over here? :)

Just to say, that Gordon made a visit to me in Rathfarnham, Dublin, during his trip to Ireland.
He calibrated my HT setup, which is a Sim2 HT300 XTRA projector, feed by a Lumagen Pro scaler, with DVD, Sky+, PS2 and even VHS video sources.
The improvement is huge. I thought I done an ok setup with the normal DVE and the calibration/setup instructions off the Lumagen web-site & forum. However having it done properly is totally recommended. The picture quality is excellent.
While Gordon was in the house, I also got him to calibrate two further LCD panels - a B&O Beovision 7-32 in our living room and a B&O Beovision 6-22 in our master bedroom - both are feed by the same Sky+, DVD, Cable and VHS sources (through the B&O ML distribution system with STB control). Picture quality on both is now improved.
Excellent job. Gordon also explained everything he was doing, what it meant and why. Plus was able to answer most AV questions posed.
Simon.

I haven't been in here in ages
Have to say, if anyone is thinking of ISF, don't hesitate :)
I have to say, for the first few days, I wasn't quite sure about the change, but the more I looked at it, the more perfect it became, it really is natural, way, way better and more relaxing to watch, colours, contrasts, all jump out as a perfect reproduction of what the camera saw originally :)
Good work Gordon :) And you are a damn nice fella into the bargain !
