Anyone from Belfast have problems with the 20mg service?
I had an Virgin guy out the other day and he replaced the modem when I went from 10 to 20mg.
I was getting 10meg speeds but now im barely hitting 4meg. He said it would be fixed by sunday (yesterday) but I checked it last night and this morning and it's still 4meg.
Any thoughts?
