blank dvd discs

when using standard dvd +r or rw 4.7gb discs for recording films most are under 2 hours so the fit on fine with bit of space left over perfect copies even sound comes out dolby digital etc
but when you change to long play recording to get those films a bit longer on them . ive noticed the sound quality is reduced and films go into full screen
are there discs over 2hrs capacity available

Re: blank dvd discs

If by "larger discs" you mean DL (Dual Layer) I think you've answered your own question.
