tied to play batman begins on my new hddvd attached to pc and it jumps like nobodys business, using power dvd ultra 7..3 and the pc is a core 2 duo 2.4ghz the gfx card is 880gts and it has 2gb of 800mhz ddr2 memory
anyone help, please

USB1 or USB2 port ? Best check your mobo manual to be sure.

I play hd-dvd fine with much lower spec than that. Check that usb port, try another port. Check you MB drivers too.

i bet it is the usb ports, it says it could run faster, but i thought i'd set them in bios to high speed.

sorted the jumping, so cheers lads:thumbsup: it was the usb ports.
