Sky Billing - constantly getting overcharged

Hello Folks

I am having a serious problem with sky in relation to billing. In March I cancelled my multiroom subscription, but every bill I have received since then has a charge of £10 for an extra subscription.

On every occasion I have called sky, they agreed that this was a mistake and promised to refund the over billing and ensure that the problem does not occur again. Unfortunately nothing seems to happen, so todate I have been overcharged to the tune of £50.

This is not an isolated instance, I constantly seem to be getting charged for the Disney channels even though they are free with the Movie Mix, and yet again I see this entry on my bill.

I suspect that I am not the only customer affected by this, but would like to know how what I can do to get this sorted. Is there any external bodies I can contact such as OFCOM, or Watchdog.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks

If you are outside of the 12 month contract phone up the cancellations team, explain the problem and say you've had enough. I suspect a prompt resolution to the problem will be made

yeah, way to go for a simple misunderstanding. Customer services will transfer you through to cancellations to get the second viewing card cancelled down. There should be proof on your account that your request to cancel hasn't been actioned. getting a refund shouldn't be a problem.
