Is it possible to connect an external usb hard drive to the home hub and make it accessable wirelessly?

Yeah. You'll need to map the hard drive through windows. But yeah this is possible and very handy.

I tried this... it's very slow. Fine for streaming MP3s but ripping a new CD in iTunes to the drive took a LONG time. I gave up in the end...

It's slow because it uses USB 1.1 speeds :eek: You also need to have your external HD formatted in FAT32 file format or it doesn't want to know. It's not really worth the hassle. I've found it much easier to connect the hard drive to my main PC and share it out and all the other computers can access it that way. Means your PC would have to be on all of the time though...
