What's the best value place to get them from online?

Also do any shops sell them cheap?

I use

www.topdiscs.co.uk and www.svp.co.uk

Both are great for customer service. You may find stuff a penny or 2 cheaper out there but in my experience you often get something other than what you ordered or it's poorly packed and when you try to call them you get no joy at all. These 2 firms stand out by a long way IMHO. Trouble is they always have good deals at the same time. SVP do great 99p shipping weekends and topdiscs often have freebies and free shipping. In fact I just picked up 25 dvdr from topdiscs and got 10 Panasonic +R for free! Can't argue with that.
