VM broadband installation.

Hello,

I have just been told I had posted to the wrong forum :suicide:
I posted at VM TV rather than here.

My problem is this, (This is for my daughter)
She has just switched over to Virgin Media Broadband, and is having problems installing the disc.

She asks, "Is there any reason / program that would stop the installation disc loading ?.

It stops when it gets to 'Loading ActivX'
Due to an 'Internal Error'

I would be grateful if any of you good people could help her, she is at her wits end.

There is nothing on the disc you really need anyway.Just connect the ethernet cable and go to start>run>and then type iexplore 80.5.178.26 then click ok,that will take you to their registration site,just follow it through.The only additional thing you may need is a serial number which is ntl ct8 cj486.

Thanks you all, My daughter has with your help, been able to sort out her problem, and is now happily using her computer as it was meant to be used :clap:

You are all good people, without your help, a lot of people like my daughter and myself would still be in limbo, trying to figure out how to solve our problems.
