TT 910 reset

I have just received my TT910 and it not doing what I ask it only shows USA . I set a town in the USA as my home and that was wrong for starters does any one know how to reset I have used the reset but it still goes back to USA when restarted please help

I might be stating the obvious here. Have you gone in to the menu and changed/switched the maps. I think they are set to default to the US maps and you have to change them to Western Europe. You have to do this also for the Canary Islands. You can also change the home location from the menu if this is also what you are trying to do.
