Motorised screen problem, help please!!!

I've got myself a motorised screen to go with my sharp PJ, and set it up yesterday at first it worked fine, now today when I've gone to use it, the screen wont go all the way back up it leaves about 6-7 inches out of the casing. It also seems to drop further than it did before. Is there any advice to help me sort this or do I have a duff?

Re: Motorised screen problem, help please!!!

Hi jayd,
you would need confirm with the manufacturer what the problem could be which you can usually do faster with your supplier.
Have you played with the Stop position prior to this fault?
If you have, sometimes backtracking could resolve the problem. If it does, the only thing other than an actual fault with the screen i can think of (at this late hour) is to try turning the control screw less. Many of the Stop/Start screws are very sensitive.
Hope this helps?
