Anyone having issues with WEINSTEIN HD-DVD's after uploading Fimware 2.0 on Tosh XE1?

Anyone having issues with WEINSTEIN HD-DVD's after uploading to Fimware 2.0 on the TOSHIBA XE1 ?

I have a Toshiba XE1 (European model - the same as the XA2) and since uploading to Firmware 2.0 both "THE MATADOR" and "DERAILED" play for about 30 mins and then start to pixelate and the picture seems to completely break-up. Scanning back or going back a Chapter seems to get it working again only for the same damn thing to happen again in 30 mins time. I have a couple of other WEINSTEIN titles (Lucky Number Slevin etc etc) but haven't tried them yet. Anyone else having this issue?

Please have a check if you've upgraded to Firmware 2.0 on the XE1 and have any Weinstein HD-DVD's. It's a weird one and something TOSHIBA should be made aware of of. Especially as it didn't happen with previous firmwares!

Thanks, M.J.

Yes,

Just watched "The Matador" and the picture breaks up after about 30 minutes. Fortunately a quick jog forwards or backwards fixes it for another 30 minutes. It was fine before the new software update.
