Change Pixelmagic Mediabox for a HCPC

At the moment I have a Pixelmagic MB100. The main thing I like about this is that it upscales my dvd rips beautifully.

The main thing I dont like is that its buggy and the interface is pants.

I would really like a home cinema pc to play music and video, especially my dvd rips but I have one simple question. Will I be able to upscale my dvd collection from my terrastation. Is there any device which will allow this with a hcpc?

I was hoping to use vista as the operation system.
