GARMIN i£ Streetpilot ..Problem Loading POI's?????

I bought a Garmin off a friend...works 100%...adn a terrific buy!
I then purchased a speed cam update disk......but when I try and load it says " Not Enough Room "....

I need to remove the unexciting stuff from my i3 ..i.e Asda, M&S and other such non-essentials...LOL! to make space for the speed cam database.

I have no idea how to do it...and Garmin won't help ( i rang them ) since I didn't buy from them.
Any suggestions how I can get rid of the POI's I don't want and u/l the speed cam stuff ( it's from pocketgps)
