Few recommendations? (tuners, cap cards etc)

I am to receive some computer parts soon and all I need to buy extra to get it up and running is a hard drive and case (with PSU).

However, there are other things I want for it. Keep in mind the computer is capable of playing some of the latest PC games, should that effect what PSU I may need?

Anyway, the computer will mainly be used for media centre, video editing and I'd also like to have a Freeview tuner so I can watch TV on the PC and extend the media centre experience with this to other rooms with Xbox 360's as a media extender.

Ideally, what I would like recommendations of is;

Capture Card - upto £100 (cheaper the better, needs at least RGB Scart connection).

Freeview Tuner - not sure on price range (needs to be compatible with XP MCE and Vista, should I wish to upgrade). I'm not that clued up, but I assume I could have 2 of these and use it like Sky+ to be able to watch one channel and record another or with 2 of these would I be able to use one card say for Freeview extending to a 360 in the living room and the other for Freeview extending to my room? I assume that would work, its not a big issue if not but it is something I am curious about. I may just get the 1 Tuner if that doesn't work.

Sorry for long post.

I'm looking to order this lot next week, the other thing I havn't made my mind up on is a case yet either. It needs to be primarily black wth perhaps some silver on it to match my equpment. I'm not overly fussed a tower would be fine or even a media centre style desktop case would be nice.
