Media Center - IP security camera plugin?

I'm after a motion detection plugin for Media Center (on Vista).

I found a Vista sidebar gadget from Logitech that works with their USB cameras, but I'm after something that works with IP cameras as USB range is too limited.

I liked the look of Panasonic's cameras and the software which I expect I could specify to save to a directory monitored by Media Center (video library) but it's all very expensive.

Just wondered if anyone has come across any other options, especially anything that integrates directly with Media Center.

IIRC both Harmony and Homeseer can do this?
