New to Freeview - Picture Lockup

I've just got Freeview courtesy of my new plasma TV. BBC1 and 2 seem OK. but there is severe picture lockup on ITV. Is it likely to be the aerial, which is around 18 years old?

What area do you live in? Power output for certain multiplexers in particular areas are nortorisly low for certain channels.

A aerial upgrade may help you depending on your particular location.
