Newsgroup binaries - majority incomplete recently

If anyone here is using the virgin newsgroups for grabbing files from, are you getting a lot of incompletes over the last couple of days?

The vast (>99%) of files are significantly incomplete for me, and just wondered how it was for others...

Re: Newsgroup binaries - majority incomplete recently

Just seen there's been some disk failure, and poor relay from peers, if anyone is interested

Re: Newsgroup binaries - majority incomplete recently

To be honest it may well come to that, if only to increase the scope of groups, but I want Virgin to fix theirs on point of principle.

I'm not holding my breather, naturally
