Strength of Area

Sorry guys I'm a noob at all this. When loooking for an aerial they all say "Suitable for use in a Medium/Strong/Medium to Strong/Weak signal areas" what i want to know is how do I know how strong the signal is in my area. AB16 5DX is my postcode.

Any help would be great.

See here:

The bit right at the end sums it up really. "Amplified extra high gain" is what you need, and you need it to be at least 10 metres off the ground, outside.

This setup would be for a very weak signal area.

I strongly recommend getting an aerial installer in. They have the right equipment and local knowledge to set you up correctly. And you have comeback if they fail to do so. Consult the CAI for a registered name local to you.
