Sumvision Sempra Pro MP4 Player-Avi Conversion HELP!

Sumvision Sempra Pro MP4 Player-Avi Conversion HELP!

Hi, I don't know if I am in the right forum but I will ask the question anyway.

I have the Sumvision Sempra Pro MP4 player. The AVI conversion (AVI Converter v1.) software that came with the player doesn't seem to give good results, out of sync audio ahead of the video picture and theirs no way to alter any of the settings within the programme to try and rectify this annoying problem, the only change is for lesser quality video outputs. Downloaded and tried AVI Converter v4. but still no change. Does anyone else have this type of player and if so, have you found an alternative VOB to AVI converter programme that works okay with this Sumvision Sempra Pro player outputting correct audio in sync with the video picture?

I have tried a wide range of other Vob/DVD/Mpeg to AVI conversion programmes but they will not be recognised and cannot be played on the Sempra Mp4player.

Any suggestions are greatly received as the MP4 player itself is a great price and the quality of playback from music tracks and video picture quality is fantastic, but unfortunately the AVI conversion programme is a big let down.
