Learning remote for 2 devices...

After many hours of looking and only getting more confused - thought it would be best to ask you guys in here..

Ive got a Sagem 50" TV, Sky, Cable, Helios x3000 and an Acoustic Solutions home cinema setup. Im after a remote for all of these, im guessing the tv, sky and cable would be no problem getting codes for - but the Helios x3000 and the AS would be a problem, so I need to `learn' from the remotes, most of the ones I've looked at (many, but only a few in detail) only have room for learning from ONE device and no more.. what should I be looking at for the solution guys? Im not wanting to spend crazy money here so dont be going daft!
