Do Beamax do 2:35:1 screens?

And if not, does anyone do a low-gain, fixed-frame, 2.35:1 screen for sensible money?

I think most screen manufacturers will supply you with a scope screen if you wask them, but Carada do them for a reasonable price:

As do Screen Research (AT screen material though):

Hi,

Yes, we do in the A-series and A-velvet fixed frames (and M-series electrical)
Pricing is 10% below a 16:9 screen with the same width.

Best regards,

Otto

Hi Otto,

Do you now do accoustically transparent screens too?

Re: Do Beamax do 2:35:1 screens?

Hi Gary,

Yes we do. It's a micro perf fabric and I guess you want to use it for your DIY project.

We have tested it with a few full HD projectors and had no moiré. If you can send me your address, I will send you a sample by post (FOC).

(anybody else reading this post and wanting a piece too, let me know)

It might save you some search work (as suggested in my reply to your other post).

Take care,

Otto
